It is a very common situation that you have very possibly suffered once, and that may be due to different causes. The most common are:

• Power failure. There may have been a power outage, and therefore the automatic mechanism does not work.
• Lack of battery in the controller. As much as we press the button, the system does not react.
• Obstacles on the sliding door rail. The system seems to work, but the door gets stuck in its path, or it doesn’t even start it. It may be due to some obstacle in the rail, or even accumulated dirt.

The aforementioned faults are the most common, and easily reseedable by the user himself. But there are other failures caused by poor maintenance of the door itself, or by its prolonged use. It is therefore advisable to carry out a regular maintenance and review by a professional, and avoid upsets as much as possible.
